Utterly terrible. First of all, they don't have real time investment performance reporting so you've no idea if your pension pot is growing or not. Then, contacting support is a total nightmare: it takes 2 weeks for them to respond to every, single email! Transferring out was an arduous process because Evolve are still using archaic paper systems rather than digital ones.

Customer service is slow and unhelpful. Took 6 months to move pension from Evolve to Smart Pensions. Evolve held it all the way.

Crappy software and need to fill in forms to do things. Shifting away from Evolve is particularly annoying (apparently due to regulation but this is a poor excuse).

From a customer service perspective, they do tend to eventually carry out the tasks you ask them, but it takes a long time. Emails can take up to two weeks to be replied to and there is no way of phoning them.
Disappointing, but not terrible.
EDIT:
Took less than one hour to receive a reply from Evolve after leaving one, relatively tame, mediocre review. Why do they reply so quickly on this but take up to two weeks for anything to do with actual customer service? It says to me they care more about reviews that anyone can see rather than how they treat their customers directly.
Rating reduced from three stars to two.
They say they take all their feedback on board, let's hope they do so.

"Months of chasing and no response!"
It took me months or chasing to get my pension transferred.
There is no customer support number and everything done through emails which take weeks to respond. I had to resort to sending almost daily emails chasing them and even consulting lawyers to help me.
Very unprofessional and overall a terrible company!
So many companies out there…just pick another one and stay away from these guys!

I was enrolled 2 weeks before my employment and welcome email came too late for pop out.
Transfer of funds took enormously long with doubtful responses like one email all good for transfer and after couple of minutes again email that missing some documents.
One of the emails said: we can not transfer the funds as working from home!
