Problems are everywhere, they even have a hard time finding a parking space because it's practically impossible to find it in the dark
The staff is rude and incompetent
We arrived at 6am, called to park our car, the person showed up 20 minutes later, then bought our car and gave us the keys...When we arrived back, it turned out that our car had been parked for three weeks with the window open, which was opened by the idiot who parked our car. They were indifferent to our complaints, they told us to write a complaint email
When we arrived at Heathrow airport, we called them to wait for them at the parking lot, they arrived after 1.5 hours, we found the parking lot 2 hours after we arrived

1) you don’t get the address of their site until AFTER you have paid
2) when you get address weeks before and ask to cancel you get NO REFUND
3) only way to get to airport in FIFTEEN MINUTES is by magic carpet or star trek telly-porter
4) they ring you over and over again on day of flight knowing you have cancelled, STILL trying to get you to go to their carpark.
5) normal customers can’t leave a review on their website because ENID BLYTON edits them
6) there are NO INDEPENDENT REVIEW SITES to tell others about them because JUMBO AND HEATHROW PARK FLY sound so different.

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience. Avoid at all cost. Our flight was unfortunately cancelled and ended up back at Heathrow at 1.30 in morning. I txt them, emailed them . Spoke on telephone. Although I understand that it was extremely late, these problems happen.
What the hell am I meant to do?. Although paid for park and pick up, I was told to get a taxi to site HEATHROW PARK FLY LTD costing £60 and when arrived at parking area asked for another £20 overstay fee. Customer service 0 , cheap and nasty

Booked this car park from a comparison site then seen the reviews on here and was worried but decided to be optimistic.
On arrival the staff were lovely and polite. The journey to the airport was about half hour but a pleasant journey.
Coming back we called the company at baggage claim which was perfect to allow them time to arrive to pick up through bank holiday traffic.
Once back, again lovely staff. The car was exactly how we left it with no issues.
Honestly could not fault and would definitely use again.

Waited to be picked up from T3 more than 90 min. I will never, ever, ever, ever use this company again. Car park in Chalfont St Peter (nothing to do with Heathrow). Neverrrrrrrr

I had to pay an additional fee when leaving the car and my key was broken upon collecting the car resulting in a £200 bill for a new key.

Not sure where do I even start so many issued those one worse than other. advertise themself as car park that only 15- 20 min away from Heathrow but actual distance is about 45 min. never mind this but parking place is actually not a proper car park either. never mind above all, we had to wait in the airport for almost 2 and half hours to be picked up with my 3 children :((

Will definitely recommend and use their parking services again. Drop off and pick up services were provided from parking lot to the airport. Overall a stress free and hassle free experience.
