Personnel Concepts

"CON ARTISTS"
Ordered 2 posters for around $50... A few days later they call, asking me how many employees I had - replied 6.
They then went on to read pre-scripted garbage about additional posters and ended it with we are going to refund the $50 and charge $200.
When I questioned this they stated I had left things on the order form blank... which is a complete LIE. There were no fields on the order page or form that asked anything.
I then asked to just cancel, and they argued with me asking why and such - literally had to just hang the phone up.
Came to find out you can get the posters for free...
... and now they will respond with their canned response... we are sorry please call us at....

"Do not use Personnel Concepts for anything. They will try to get more money out of you!"
I placed an order for 6 posters at $144.23 and I received a call from Personnel Concepts this morning saying my posters would be over $1000 but that I would receive a discount bringing my total to $599.70. Yeah right! Nothing on their website states I had to order additional posters to be in compliance and that I needed to order 3-4 times per year to stay in compliance. What a joke! This company is only out for your money so stay away. They also use this website labor law posters-online so unsuspecting businesses can use this one since Personnel Concepts has awful reviews.

"THE WORST!"
NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU TELL THEM YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED THEY CALL AND THREATEN AND FORCE THEIR WAY IN. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. RUN AWAY!

"Scam that preys on small business"
This company has been calling my business on and off for months now asking to "confirm some demographic information" and have us pay to resubscribe to their "service". After the last time they called I followed up with OSHA and the department of labor to see if I do in fact need to pay for any of the posters required by law to post in the business (because that seemed unlikely to me) low and behold they told me that I had been lied to and that any poster your business is required to have legally is available for free and that if any of the posters were out of date, I would not be fined thousands of dollars as I had been told on the phone by personnel concepts, but would simply be told to print out an updated poster. So when personnel concepts called back and I told them this the woman on the phone started screaming about "cancel culture". I couldn't believe my ears. I didn't expect a sales person to start yelling at me like a youtube comment section. Then when I told them to cancel my account as a result of her behavior and the information the DOL and OSHA gave me, she talked over me saying that I wasn't authorized to cancel it because I am not the business owner. Actually the whole phone call was her talking over me. So I am going to do what OSHA and the DOL suggested and report these vile people to the state attorney general.

"Class action needs filed!"
They reel you in by saying that you can get the All-In-One poster for around $30 and be good to go. Then they call you the day after you place the order online and tell you that you have to have MORE posters (that all say the same thing as the one big All-in-One poster but they don’t tell you that), they tell you that the government has updates to the stuff on the posters, so if you pay like $300 they automatically send you the updates. We are a small family owned company that has 13 employees, and the last thing I want is for my dad’s business he started from scratch and worked so hard for to get a $10k fine for not having the right posters, so we fell for it and paid it. We got the posters earlier this year and still get mail from them trying to get us to pay more money, but yesterday they called and said that our business has been “red flagged” as not being compliant because there’s been an update for COVID/harassment. She basically read it to me really fast and, without even hesitating, told me that in order to be compliant we had to pay another $290+ and asked how I wanted to pay for it. I told her I wasn’t going to pay for it (We paid for the automatic updates in the beginning) and she said that she’s putting it down that we refused to comply. I told her that I was going to look it up on the Indiana workforce website first. I looked it up. NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!! This business is getting away with scamming small business owners! We’re thinking about filing a class action lawsuit against them.

"I am not even a customer and I received…"
I am not even a customer and I received posters from them. How they got my address, and account details is really scary. I am calling my bank and make sure they get flagged! I got charged $11.18 for posters I NEVER ORDERED!

"How is this company still in business?!?"
How is this company still in business?!? Their pressure tactics would embarrass used car hustlers! They ripped our company off for years until we got wise. We receive the required compliance posters through our payroll company now. Avoid these guys like the virus!

"I ordered 3 posters on 3/1/21 and was…"
I ordered 3 posters on 3/1/21 and was sent additional posters that I did not order. Called today and was told it was too late to return the items!!!!!! Spoke to another rep and he said that they don't have return labels. Disappointing.

"AVOID, AVOID, AVOID"
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Bait and switch. I ordered the laminated posters for my state on-line for around $30.00. Thought I was good to go. Got a phone call a few days later, saying that I needed more stuff. Customer service quoted over $200. I said I wouldn't pay that and she quoted me a price of $165. Stupidly, I went for that. Got the product and then the invoice arrived and it was $257. I know that the conversation with the original customer service person was recorded. Now I am getting very rude and threatening people calling me. They say they have no record of my conversation with a quote of $165. I keep telling them to go back and listen to the recording. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
