"Do not use if in Europe"
A small order was purchased using express checkout to hopefully receive the items within 4 days (Europe) the order was returned by customs and I had to wait for it to arrive back with squires before they would send it back out. This took 4 weeks in total to receive my order and was hit with a 40 euro import duty on top. Will not use again

Really disappointed,order arrived, a fruit cake.
I ordered for a family event, it was so dry it was not edible and we discarded it, I was the provider of the cake for the occasion and was embarrassed and disappointed with this contribution.
I contacted the company who refused the refund because I couldn't provide photos or batch number, as I had stated previously it was so embarrassing we threw it out.

"Waste of Money"
I bought Oil based colours from this company called Cocol (their own brand ones) and they are complete waste of money, do not colour chocolate at all. Even that colours were sealed they didn't accept return. So be aware before you by!!!!! They are Fooling people!!!!!

"Pre-frozen small sponge cakes"
Ordered small sponge cup cakes 31st MAY, Squires-shop description of them stated they could be frozen. Which was my intention for some of the 24. I was surprised to find when they arrived looking rather damp, and slightly squashed, that the box had a second sticker (not shown on the photograph on the site) showing they had already been frozen! BestBefore of 13th APRIL and Frozen on 12th MARCH! It has never been recommended that anyone re-freezes de-frosted food but that is what Squires told me I could do. I've just had to wait thirty days for the refund, the other items I bought, Icing sugar etc., were fine. They should endeavour to display accurate descriptions of what they sell. Had they stated the cakes had already been frozen I would not have purchased them.
