"Very poor service"
Very poor service. I ordered a canteen of cutlery for a wedding present. The happy couple requested a mahogany case - web site said 10 in stock! It arrived and it was black. Emailed a few times- no response! Telephoned and they said oh we don't do the mahogany case any more! Why send something we didn't order? I hope we get the refund in a timely manner - I will have to shop around again!!! Very couldn't care less attitude. I wouldn't shop here again.

"Seamless experience"
Cheapest site I found for what I was looking for, even with delivery. Ordered on Monday & was delivered on Thursday. Sent by DPD with a tracking link and told me the 1 hour time frame in which it would be delivered.
No issues; would order again!

Dreadful online service. I waited a week for delivery, when I phoned I was rudely told she could not help. One hour later they cancelled my order. still waiting on refund. Never again.

"Refusing to honour a Black Friday sale price"
I ordered a £1999 Sage the Oracle Touch at their Black Friday sale, at a decent discount (sold to me for £1499). However, now, nearly two weeks later I receive an e-mail that they are refunding my money as the item is suddenly out of stock. The item showed more than 10 in stock when I made my order, and furthermore remained available at full price after Black Friday for a long while. I rang their "customer service", who were entirely unhelpful. They refused to supply the item when back in stock or to substitue for a different colour one. I wonder if those who purchased it at the full price after me are facing the same problem, or is this simply refusing to honour an advertised price.

Was very pleased with the customer services team - having explained that I required products inside the 7 days delivery process They organised for my LE Creuset egg cups to be delivered early at no extra cost. Thank you guys

"I ordered a dulait milk throther and…"
I ordered a dulait milk throther and have just received it in the post. They have sent me the older model of the one i ordered. When i ordered it it was a picture of the new model with the correct order code. I received the older model but on the paperwork they have put it down as the newer model. I get the feeling they have thought they have pulled the wool over my eyes.
I would return it but it is for a birthday present tomorrow so it is just going to have to do.
I wont ever use this store again.

"Great service from an independent retailer"
Ordered some Jamie Oliver plates/bowls/cups to replace ones we had broken. Items arrived quickly, brilliantly wrapped and at a great price to boot. Have used them before a few years ago with similarly good service.

"Misleading Information on Website"
I wanted to order a Prestige Thermo Smart 28cm Stir Fry Pan advertised on ecookshop website as 'Now £40' suggesting that it had been reduced in price. Shopping around I noticed that other retailers were selling the same wok for between £30 and £32. I contacted ecookshop to let them know it hadn't been reduced as inferred and suggested they change the pricing on their website. The woman I spoke to was quite indifferent. Prestige has confirmed the RRP is £39.99 so not only is ecookshop suggesting it's been reduced but charging an extra penny on top of the RRP. It makes you lose faith in some retailers who try to mislead customers.

"Goes above and beyond"
I ordered a product that they had for sale very cheap on Black Friday.
However, I live in another country. Unbeknownst to me, the appliance I had ordered would need an adapter to accommodate the UK plug, and there could be issues with the warranty moving it out of the country.
Rather than taking the money I was offering them, they went above and beyond, and informed me of these circumstances, asking if I wanted them to ship the product, or refund me the money.
I answered I would like a refund. To be clear, this error was completely mine, and they saved me a bunch of trouble. I got the first message, non automated by the way, in the middle of the night. Responses thereafter were swift, and I have already been issued a refund.
tl;dr saved me from making a self-inflicted mistake. Great service!
