"Customer service NON existent."

I placed an order for a BBQ cover on the 30th April payed extra for 2-3 day courier tracked delivery. After a week phoned them up informed it wouldn't be in stock until that week, phoned again on the 26th May and was told it had been dispatched on the 19th May. here we are 2nd June still not arrived. I have sent 5 emails not one reply and unable to get through on the telephone.
Was never sent a tracking code even though we paid extra for this so we can't track it ourselves. over a month later they still have my money and I have no BBQ cover. No idea what is happening as there is no communication from Dawsons despite all my attempts of contact.
Update on managing to get someone to answer the phone I received my order on Friday. Over a month late no refund for the original 2-3 day delivery.No explanation why it had taken so long, no emails answered, lost count how many calls we made to chase our order up. Will not be ordering again from this company and would not recommend them.

"BIG or SMALL. Ecookshop has it all."

Recently purchased a KitchenAid stand mixer. I’d done my research & at time of purchase Ecookshop had the best prices. Communication & delivery I can only rate as 5 stars, perfect.
A few days later we ordered a KitchenAid food processor. Again I’d done my research, & at time of purchase Ecookshop had the best prices. Again communication & delivery were perfect. The Brucey Bonus was a free gift to, of a 5 piece colour coded KitchenAid utensils set. Totally unexpected & in today’s world of online shopping, a genuinely lovely surprise.
Thank you so much Ecookshop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, & will definitely use again in the future.
p.s I don’t normally do reviews, but on this occasion thought it was warranted.

"Amazing from start to finish"

Amazing from start to finish. I ordered a Weber deluxe BBQ on Friday (22/05/20) , then ordered gas canisters (forgot to add this 🙈) a cook book and utensils. This was for my husband's birthday this Friday (29/05/20) I followed this up with an email re delivery times, as I appreciate that in the current climate orders and deliveries are understandably taking longer. But lo behold the second order of cannister etc arrived Monday by DPD and then today we received the Weber BBQ via pallets. This was a special present as my husband has been working hard for the NHS 💙 and I am so grateful to everyone in the process! Thank you we can't wait to enjoy a birthday BBQ on Friday 🎉🎈

"Ordered 2 Kettler RHS Harlow Carr…"

Ordered 2 Kettler RHS Harlow Carr armchairs. Arrived one week after ordering. I would have liked a forecast delivery date, but understand the uncertainties of the lock-down. Dawson need to put a message on their telephone number if unable to answer it during normal working hours. Overall, very happy with product and delivery service. I'd go back to Dawson.

"Beware"

Order received, but incomplete. These things happen, however no response from email contact and telephone constantly engaged or saying offices are closed.

Appreciate C19 is with us, but not actioning correspondence around incomplete orders, given the amount spent, is really disappointing.

Be careful, customer service is non existent when problems exist.

Excellent service from BBQ World in every way. Delivery was prompt and as expected, communication was great. Had a small problem with one of the items which was not BBQ Worlds fault but they dealt with it quickly and we were pleased with the outcome. Would definitely recommend.
