"Had a negative experience the past…"
Had a negative experience the past couple of days with (better life Mobile ) texting me numerous times.
I rang them and tried to explain to the rude-customer service agent, that I gave my updated CC details out some weeks back.
She seemed to have not "one iota " of understanding in how to do her job well.
Kept repeatedly interupting me an was making excuses.
She claimed she was the manager, not sure about that one? she certainly didn't behave with any respect towards me.
Not my fault that they made a mistake, so no need to take it out on a customer.
The service is fine, just poor customer service....from one or two people.
They need to remember there are plenty of other mobile services around.
