Totally untrustworthy company
They have no idea how to handle a multimillion pound pension fund & cant even get simple valuations correct
Difficult to contact & then you wait a month for a reply to a simple question

They are professional and highly knowledgeable - as demonstrated through the many technical presentations, covering a broad range of topics, that they have given to the organisation I work for. I have always found them to be reliable, efficient and pleasant to deal with. I have no hesitations in recommending this firm.

"Incompetent, uncaring buffoons"

My father passed away on April 3rd this year.
One of the benefits of his Allied Domecq pension was a small death grant, payable to his next of kin (me).
It is now August 16th, and I am STILL waiting for these ignorant, arrogant fools to release the funds.

They ignore emails and questions via their "contact us" link.
Unfortunately they are the latest to take over administration of the ZF/TRW pension scheme.
I would not recommend voluntarily getting involved with this company

Seriously - don't - dont get involved with these people. Their attitude sucks, big time. Customer service, ha b***y ha. Customer care, they are SO detached from reality they dont even understand the concept. As for any forwards planning regarding your instructions, it's like pushing wet muck uphill with a fork. Cost me a lot of money being with them and i regret not researching them independently. PS- it took them seven months and one week to reply to this review.. Point made?

Inefficient. Incompetent. Uncaring.
I have dealt with a number of people at this firm and none of them seemed to want to do a good job.

It would appear that this company refuses to accept any rulings issued by HMRC.
For my part I feel that the results of my own extensive investigations supported by HMRC are ignored.
I have no confidence in their competence. Also the recent Court Ruling regarding Lloyd’s Pensions in 2018 has not yet been implemented. This ruling acknowledged that £millions are owed to pensioners.
