"The worst"

The worst! Ordered online November 20th, its December 22nd and NO product. This was a Christmas gift for our 11yr old and now he won't have it! Tracking package still at thier shipping facility in NY and they update same status every few days. Won't return emails or refund money! Don't buy from them!

Shipping address and within minutes of making the sale someone was emailing me to ask for my Shipping address it was after business hours so I figured it was a robot but the email read as a person wrote it..come to find out not only was it a real person handling the Shipping and handling process, but the same person when I needed to confirm and re confirm Shipping, yes the post office is slow get used to it...lol but I never talked to the same person contacting a company 3 times...There is definitely something to be said about small business run the right way.
