I ordered 3 strawberry and kiwi,I received 3 grape and aloe. The first one I opened doesn't even work,I've tried all ways but still no joy. I need to find out how to return them.

I placed an order and received a call from them being super helpful and kind as what I had ordered was out of stock. They offered me alternatives and included an apology gift too which was really appreciated.
I placed the order on Wednesday and the items arrived today.

"Absolutely amazing customer service"

Had an issue with my order as an item wasn’t in stock but one of the very polite and helpful staff called me up to rectify the issue immediately. They ended up sending me a replacement with way higher value than I’d ordered and it was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. It’s rare to find a company that will go out of their way like that to make sure their customer is happy. Absolutely A star customer service. Thank you so much!
