Before Christmas I ordered X 2 packs of 10 vapes, one of which was a gift for a friend. I received one package but the other did not arrive. I then received an email from Parcel Force to say they couldn't identify the address on the label, which was obviously down to Vape Area, and subsequently the parcel was going to be returned to the sender. I've sent numerous text messages to their two mobile phone numbers, but no answer. This is the second time that I've experienced issues with this company and will now contact my bank regarding the payment I made by credit card and seek advice on how to recoup monies for something I didn't receive.

awful service placed my order with next day 24 hr delivery. 2 days later no tracking information. I phone them at 10am from the number on their website and the person who answered sounded like they just got out of bed! I then receive a call to say they were out of stock 2 days later. The women on the phone was very rude and lied that they had tried to call me when no one had. I've asked for a full refund as they didn't arrive on time and though the lady seemed intent on sending me new flavours! not happy at all listen to the reviews and avoid these idiots.

Ordered vapes and had to contact them to find out where my order was to be told they didn’t have them in stock, this was 4 days after I placed my order. I requested a refund and sent a number of emails, WhatsApp messages and still haven’t received my money back, managed to get someone by phoning them and was told to send my bank details. Still waiting for refund. This has been going on for nearly 2 weeks.
I have used this company a number of times and never had an issue up until now. Don’t use them 😡.

Ordered lots of items only to be emailed 3 days on that some or all items not in stock with a number to call which went to voicemail. Next day 50%off email I don't think so ?. Managed to recover money by bank. Avoid this website fake

Always a good experience with Hamza and the vapearea team, could not fault the service, always arrives on time if not early, if a product does go out of stock I get a call and either a changed product or a refund within a day.
By far the only company I’ll use and I’m a business owner myself!

Ordered 10 vapes, received call 5 days later to say they didn't have them in stock and selected a replacement. This is the second time this has happened. Although i paid for 2 day delivery at extra cost. these items arrived 9 days after initial order and as expected, only 5 out of the 10 arrived. i have tried to call, but no one ever seems to pick up, i've also emailed and it's been ignored. I have now raised an dispute with my bank to claim 50% of the money back.
This company if you can call it that is very poor, they do not update stock levels, take an age to send the items and even when they do only fulfill half the order and then ghost. Shocking customer service
