"The best online booking company I ever tried"

I'm a passionate traveller, and I booked my hostel through Hostelsclub.com for my first time a whitel ago. I would definitely use it considering that I had some good discounts as well.

Customer care is really good and the staff is very kind. I even found some rooms that were less expensive on their website than on other websites.

"Not reliable"

Booked a hostel in Cuba and few minutes later received email from the hostel informing they were full. HostelsClub.com provided neither alternative accommodation nor refund. Another hostel we booked sent us to a different and awful place so we had to manage to get another hostel late in the night. Reservations No. 2217307 and 2217288. Customer service emailed me telling they would refund me but they never have. First and last time I use HostelsClub.com

"Great Site!"

I found the same rooms listed in Venice as were listed on the other portals, but Hostelsclub had them cheeper!

"El servicio de atención al cliente resolvió los problemas"

Uno de los alojamientos contratados (en Budapest) dejó colgado a un grupo de 4 estudiantes en agosto de 2013 en un día festivo. Simplemente no existía en la dirección aportada. La preocupación fue máxima porque los 12 días siguientes tenían reservas en varias ciudades mas. Si la web era un fraude estaban colgados. El servicio de atención al cliente nos va a devolver esa reserva y ha eliminado al alojamiento de su oferta. Las restantes reservas están funcionando.

Sono appena tornato da un viaggio che ha durato circa 24 giorni io è mia ragazza abbiamo sempre usato questo sito in varie città è vorrei proprio dire che siamo sempre rimasti molto soddisfatti dalle strutture scelte dal prezzo basso e dalla pulizie e la gentilezza del personal delle strutture che ci hanno ospitato!! Vorrei proprio dire che senza hostelsclub sarebbe stato impossibile trovarle! Lo usato è sono rimasto sempre sorpreso molto positivamente per quello volevo lasciare la mia opinione

I have used this site several times. Every hostel I went to was cool (I chose the top rated ones), the prices are competitive.
