I had ordered two key chains I looked at bank statements and was charged twice I contacted company they said we are canceling your order you will see money back on card. Wait and see. I did not want to cancel order just take off extra charge

This was 2 months ago. It was Hot Rod leisure shirt with personalized name on back, The Fish. If you could give me a site to go to besides writing a letter I would appreciate it. Thanks. If I could give 0 I would. Package was ordered 3 weeks ago. They claim to have given me a usps tracking number but the post office says it’s not one of their numbers. Customer service has yet to respond. Looks like a Chinese company scam. Avoid and buy American

I ordered a stainless steel cup and it took 2 months to arrive. When it did finally get here it had a chip in the paint that went all the way to the metal near the top of the cup. I had given up thinking that they had just taken my money and I could find no way to contact them. Had I known that it was coming from China and would take so long and arrive damaged I would not have ordered it. Anyway, other than that, the cup is good
