"Why Trustpilot reviews important for your Company"
Simply ONE STAR as I am not able to offer anything lower. Firstly the customer service of the Quality Dept is dreadful basically dismissive in their attitude unlike the Customer Support Service who on first approach understood the Customers predicament, however unfortunately ended there and unable to assist any further.
Considering their size and range of products a very poor company and why they should be even considered if purchasing their products.
From my experience they have done nothing to assist or enhance this customers experience when an issued occurred with their equipment.
Evidently with the reviews of this Company they appear to have little idea that many customers use Trustpilot as a reference source where consumers measure whether they can trust the brand before purchase no matter how small or big their company is.
Consumers are more moderate when interaction occurs where you can turn a customer into a loyal customer through communication.
However reading other reviews on Trust pilot this company do not wish to engage in the practice of responding to its customers views individually, evident by the omission of Company response from poor star ratings
If customers have a positive experience with a company, they will share this experience with friends, family and connections - which in turn can lead to new business. All at zero cost.
Unfortunately it would appear AKW have a total disregard wether this experienced is shared or not and I think it is right to call out an Organisation on line such as this when it fails to own up to poor standards or are unwilling to make up or make good the lack of quality in their products.

"I purchased a AKW Onyx fold up shower…"
I purchased a AKW Onyx fold up shower seat in December 2019. The specification said it had a lifetime guarantee. The seat as devloped a crack which pinches your buttucks when you sit on it. Unable to get any response from the company. Eventhough I was initially happy with the product there doesn't appear to be any customer support after the product is purchased. Contacted them on 7 October and despite several emails no response. I would not recommend them.

"DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY"
Unfortunately the lowest score possible is one star which is more than that AKW shower pump deserves nothing but problems numerous problems the latest is the flow sensor which was replaced 2 months ago. Don't waste your money.

"Poor quality and service"
Shower began to fail after 4 years. Very small spare part to fix, AKW are asking £17 delivery!. Outrageous.

"Technical support team (aftercare)…"
Technical support team (aftercare) absolutely horrendous. "Engineer"
turned up at 16:00 to repair our shower pump. We already knew the problem was the flow sensor. He told us that mind blowing piece of information AGAIN, then left without repairing. No explanation, still waiting for a call back from the "manager" of the department. Had to get a Plumber to sort it out as AKW are clearly not capable.

"Just had a bathroom refit with the…"
Just had a bathroom refit with the local council. They have fitted a AKW Shower. If only I had known before what make they were going to install I could have checked it out.Totally useless ! Just because were old does not meen we like warm showers with no presure. I like a Hot shower that has water presure. I have complained to the council but not having much luck. It will be removed at my expence and a proper shower installed.

"Had an AKW electric shower less than 3…"
Had an AKW electric shower less than 3 years fitted by the council to replace an old 16 year old electric Triton shower that was faultless until the day it died. I've had to had engineers attend several times this year due to it turning itself off and not back on. Over the past 2 weeks it has struggled to heat above 30 degrees, engineer attended today and replaced the shower. Shocked build quality, would not recommend to anyone!

"Entire house fitted with AKW"
We have an entire house fitted out with AKW kitchen, walk-in shower room, disabled toilets etc and have always been pleased with the quality of the items, however I have just had to order a very small plastic hinge for the base of their shower screen which is priced at £15.05 (pricey to say the least) and then to add insult they charged £20.40 for postage. This is just ripping people off especially when you think that these items are for disabled people. Would I install AKW in the future, probably not

"Had one of of their showers fitted in a…"
Had one of of their showers fitted in a wet room by a housing association. We really wanted to choose and pay for our own shower and was initially told it would be OK. So we bought a Mira shower and had it there ready for the engineer and he refused to fit it. And even said "this one is better anyway, it has a digital display" so he obviously took us for morons. But anyway this no-name shower who I had to google it's so obscure is diabolical. Looks cheap, the digital display means nothing...what is "38". At least have a 1-10 scale. Pressure is weak and it's not hot enough.

"Total rubbish"
Had 1 fitted in 2018 from a disabled grant it wont hold temperature and pressure drops. Called AKW they said they dont sell parts for these and have to buy a new one costing over £550. Utter disgrace as these showers are made for disabled people. Guess they are made to break down after a few uses to rip off the vulnerable. Dont waste your time on these rubbish cheaply made waste of spaces
