"Jeg har ikke modtaget den pakke"
Jeg har ikke modtaget den pakke, som jeg bestilte 9. September, altså for over en måned siden.
De skriver den er sendt , men modtager ingenting fra GLS om at de skulle have fået pakken. Jeg har fra kundeservice fået at vide at pakken er kommet tilbage til dem og at de vil gensende (og at de er flinke at sende uden at jeg betaler fragt igen - men jeg har aldrig hørt om at pakke skulle være fremme ved pakkeshop) , jeg har stadig ikke modtaget pakken. Den skulle være brugt for en fødselsdagsgave den 24. September - og mine penge er trukket..

"A+ customer service and product"
There was an issue with the packaging which made the poster crinkled. After contacting them, they were very apologetic and sent me a replacement poster straight away in different packing. The customer service is excellent and you can tell they really care about and value their customers. The poster itself is of excellent quality and looks fabulous on my wall.
