Quick to help with sales/rental. But very slow to respond to emails. Due to slow response items received on the day of the event rather than the date originally requested which was the day before.
No one informed me they had not collected items when I only requested to hire for 1 week so ended up being invoiced for 1 month. After finding out collection was not made I ensured to request for the items to be collected on a particular date but no response from anyone including accounts department to confirm they had received my request. Very poor after sales service.

Very poor service and totally unprofessional, they accepted our booking in writing and then failed to deliver without a care at the 11th hour.
