"Ordered on-line, item backordered then SkyGeek cancelled after a month"

Ordered on-line and SkyGeek showed partial stock... waited over a month with "customer service" advising my order would ship on 3/23/15... inquired about tracking information and was told item was discontinued and my order was cancelled. We will never use SkyGeek again!

"Shady business practice with no communication."

I ordered (or thought) 5 cases of coveralls 12 per case. The listing stated uom; case ant the shipping weight was 15 lbs. I received 5 coveralls. I even emailed a question (3 times before an answer) asking if the listing was in fact for cases not each. finally they replied by case. They now will not answer email and I cannot reach them by phone! Stay away from this site!!!!! SHADY SHADY!!!!

"From 1 woman owned business to another...very disappointed"

Customer service is nasty. I understand mishaps happen but a nasty and nonresponsive customer service rep is unacceptable. I will never use this company again!

"Poor service"

Funny thing...I thought all the negative reviews were disgruntled folks so disregarded their comments and ordered two oil filters based on web availability of four. Lo and behold, FOUR days later, I checked order status and they are BACK ORDERED. How bogus! They used to be very good but I don't know what has happened there. Pretty safe bet that I will never order again.

"Sky geek has very bad customer service does not care about there customers"

Ordered wrong parts tried to reach customer service several times including leaving messages no one would return my call making me feel like a sucker. Shame on me for not checking on there business so buyer by ware don't wast your time or money they don't give a dame about you.

"Screwed up simple order and then can't get anyone to answer customer service line"

Ordered three items for my headset. On the one item, it had two upc labels and it was the wrong item. Tried and tried to get it resolved on the phone but no answer on the customer service line.

I will never order from them again.

"offensive screw up"

They completely screwed up the simplest order. Then they started making excuses, even calling me "obnoxious" for complaining about asking for an invoice for the order they screwed up,,,,, had to ask 3 times! Don't use them!!!!!!!
