I finally pulled the pump out of the well myself and found the cable just above the pump had worn through due to it not being well secured to the pipe (as I had suggested to the telephonist and the technician who came to look but wouldn't pull the pump up to look) I can fix this myself with a resin pack, and will surely avoid this company and spread the word to others to avoid also!

We recently got our water tap system serviced. Its done yearly. However , 2 days after we had this done, it broke down so we had a call out again. Unbelievably they tried to charge nearly €200.00 for a plug that no longer worked, we got an electrician out and they did it for next to nothing. This should have been spotted on the service and if needed replacing should have been done as part of the service call. Two pensioners. CWS taking advantage of there customers .
