We had an issue with a collapsed manhole, and a section of cipp liner to be replaced, due to poor workmanship by a company who have now ceased trading. From the onset of getting this repaired, the initial inspection by West Country Drainage Services Ltd, the lovely staff in the office, to the quality of the repair by the team today has been OUTSTANDING. Thank you "muchly". A definate recommendation for any of your drainage issues. :) :)

Exceptional customer service, outstanding quality of workmanship and very reasonable prices.

We had some flooding in our home and have worked with Westcountry drains on several occasions to initially figure out where all the various drains and pipes on our very old property and the adjoining properties actually went!

An old pipe that runs under our house that was leaking was identified and lined.

This has not been straightforward due to building works by another company collapsing the drain further up so when they came to line it they couldn't, as well as having different sizes of pipe.

None of this has been an issue thanks to Westcountry Drainage Services. They have taken all the stress out of what could have been a very stressful situation. Leanne, Jodie and their team have taken great care of us and have been great at communicating with us, being flexible working around the various issues and slotting us in as soon as they possibly could before the bad weather really kicks in.

I cannot recommend them highly enough and will be having them back to clean the silt from our pipework as needed.

You will be in very safe hands with this company and their prices are very fair.

Great customer service!
I needed a drain unblocking which was connected to my kitchen sink and dishwasher. It wasn't urgent but needed doing soon. West Country Drainage Services got me booked in for the next day. They completed the unlock in no time at all, told me the cause and what I can do about it and even cleaned up afterward.
