Today I placed a small order. It soon turned out that I had made a mistake and that I needed the ‘Enterprise’ version. When I asked via the chat function on the website whether I could still ‘exchange’ that order, it turned out that this was not possible.
Just bad luck, mistaken? Money lost!
I have been in the industry for over 20 years but I have never experienced this. The worst customer service I have ever known.
We want to expand the use of Odoo very much in our company. For that, we will need many modules and additional services. We will be happy to order those elsewhere.
