Very pleased with the reupholstering of my two sofas.
Taz was very helpful in all areas from choosing and advising on the fabric to collecting and returning my sofas.

"AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THE DESIGNER SOFA"

I had been looking to have my sofas recovered for a good while and after a considerable indecision, I found the website of The Designer Sofa and contacted them. I had several conversations with Taz who was incredibly helpful in pointing me in the right direction with regard to suitable fabrics and finishes - he couldn't have been more helpful and filled me with complete confidence about going ahead with my project! I chose the fabric, the team from Designer Sofa collected the 3 sofas very quickly and exactly on time. Taz regularly kept me up-to-date during the whole progress. and this was still during the pandemic!! Taz invited me to check over the sofas when they were finished and sent me excellent photographs too. When the sofas were delivered back to me right on time, I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with them - the standard of the work was ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL. The whole process was perfect from start to finish and I really can't recommend Taz and the Team highly enough. Rest assured you will be choosing the VERY BEST of the best!

Score Rating:5 - I’ve been looking for a good quality chair with good back support for a long time. When I went across the shop, I was greeted by Taz, He was knowledgeable & passionate for making a good quality sofa. I was pleased to know his sofa is structured in such way to give a good back support. With the help of his expertise knowledge, I was able to find just the chair I was looking for. I was over the moon. Then he helped me to choose the suitable fabric to match the leather settee I have. I couldn’t be happier. He was honest & never pushy throughout. The rest was just waiting for the chair to be made. To my absolute surprise, he manage to make it a lot earlier than expected & it was delivered on a following day. It was blessing that I never had to wait in discomfort for a long time. I enjoy the comfort of this chair every single day now & I got quality of my life back finally. When I need sofa in the future, I’ll definitely go back there. Taz, thank you so much for making an excellent quality chair & for your excellent service. You are a star.

"Wonderful, sincere company."

After months of looking to replace our tired looking three Wade sofas, to no avail.
Nothing came close.
John suggested recovering but where?
Came across this Company and the words 'Wade' were prominent on their site.
Spoke to Zac, and immediately knew we were in the right place.
His knowledge and enthusiasm was refreshing, as was his expertise. Not only recover, but take the sofas back to the frames, recover/rebuild (if necessary) the three sofas.
Explained our sofas were nearly seventeen years old and instead of expressing doubt he was delighted to hear this, supposedly after the new owners of Wade had taken over their standards had dropped.
Over a few weeks, any calls, discussions, questions and answers only swelled our confidence.
This was all we wished to hear.
Zac suggested Ross fabrics. This was easy, knowing exactly what we wanted and actually seeing the fabric on their web site, he organised some samples to be sent, which came so quickly, delighted with their response.
Over the next few months Zac kept us informed of the situation in their workshop.
Perfection is worth waiting for.
There was not one shred of doubt in our minds this was the company we had to deal with.
Everybody we had a contact with was absolutely charming and respectful, courtesy was extended to us from everyone.
A small run family business, these are people to do business with.
No fobbing off, truth and honesty from day one.
Our furniture is amazing, dare we say even better from the originals.
Zac, Taz, Harris, Nick, Lewis were whom we had contact with, albeit behind the scenes is a team all working together, to you all we extend our gratitude.
