I ordered 1 "Everlasting Rose" for my mom to be delivered on 2/14/19, nothing came that day. I emailed the company multiple times and they finally sent me a tracking number stating that the rose would arrive on 2/21/19, they also gave me the $15 back that I had paid for shipping. My mom received the rose on 2/21/19 and it looked nothing like their website. The leaves had missing pieces, one leaf was actually on the stand and the rose was too tall to place the glass case over the rose. I emailed the company multiple times with pictures letting them know that I was not happy with their product and that I wanted a full refund. The company got back to me and stated that they would look into it. They then sent me a message stating that I would be receiving another rose. I then emailed them letting know that I didn't want the rose I had, let alone another one and would like a full refund. They emailed me again stating that they had contacted their higher management. I have emailed them multiple times since then with no response. They have no other way to contact them except email so I would advise any person who is thinking about buying this rose to just go to your local grocery store so you don't have to deal with the hassle.

Placed and paid for an order in mid December 2018. Half of the order arrived in late December 2018. Rose was missing. Emailed them multiple times, but no response. No phone number to contact. Finally, placed a credit card dispute and miraculously they responded. Alex wrote an email back and sent the rest of the order...a month late. Poor customer service contact and suspicious company/product. Don’t order from this company unless you want to wait for half your order to arrive months later. If you are having a hard time contacting them, just file a credit card charge dispute to get their attention.

Ordered in advance for Valentine's day and no rose, no nothing. I tried to contact them several times and still nothing. I can't see this as either a terrible business or a scam.

I ordered a large red rose in the glass sphere for my significant other for Valentine’s Day and it came in yesterday. Very neat and pretty!!! A great start to Valentine’s Day!

"Roses are extravagant, customer service needs improvement"
I never write reviews, but this one felt warranted. An hour after I placed an order for my sister-in-law's baby shower, I stumbled upon some horrible reviews about failure to deliver on time. In a frenzy, I reached out the same day asking for assurance they would be delivered on time for the event. I never received a reply and I thought surely I had been scammed. But lo in behold, the pretty box of 36 roses came a day prior to the shower and my sister-in-law could not get over how extravagant they looked!
Eventually, I received an email from their customer service confirming my delivery and apologies for the delayed response. She explained that the company was dealing with shipping couriers directly because of the snowstorms in the Midwest and the east coast which made it hard to estimate the delivery of my order. I would suggest ordering ahead of time as companies cannot forecast shipping times (speaking from personal experience). Otherwise if you're looking for the perfect rose/roses, consider buying from Rosephoria.

I purchased this for my girlfriend for Christmas. It came in a nice package with instructions -- pretty straight forward. She hinted to me what she wanted before so it was an easy purchase. Its still something that she enjoys looking at as it sits on top of the fireplace mantel.

"Rosephoria is a scam"
Rosephoria is a scam and false advertisement. The product looks nothing like in the pictures, they have hundreds of complaints, and promised to refund the money, but they never did. Stop advertising for companies that are obviously scamming people. Will report them to the BBB and shopify.
