I completely agree with the other review,it's not been the best so far ,3 times now it hasn't updated and its missing some information on the graph ie days of usage, its meant to be easy on your phone from anywhere in the world !!! Can't very well press any buttons on a meter if your abroad on holiday can you ... let's blame it on the WiFi connection shall we ,think you need to rethink your quotes personally can see lots of complaints coming your way,so far I wouldn't recommend you..update to your reply I have contacted customer service several times and all they say is press the button ,and once again this is no use if you are not there ,should add boosters or whatever it is when you install them especially in areas that you know the signal won't be great !

My Meter doesn't update my payments and I'm constantly left without electricity. If it happens over the weekend you can't speak to anyone until Monday so are left days without electricity.
Response: I had to make a 3hr round trip to manually top up for guests I had staying. I thought this was an online topup service?
