Paula arranged the most perfect honeymoon to Sri Lanka and the Maldives for us, a mature, well traveled couple. Having someone to take on all the stress of planning, booking, checking in with multiple flights, hotels and excursions was wonderful. Initial tweaks to suit our preferences we suggested were taken on board and implemented seamlessly. We literally had nothing to do but relax and enjoy the holiday. Exactly how a honeymoon should be! We booked our honeymoon with Paula and had the most amazing trip. Paula helped us from the very start as we were not sure where to go when we were planning (amongst planning a wedding too)! We gave her a list of things we wanted from our trip and she offered many ideas - eventually we decided to spend two weeks travelling Sri Lanka. Paula had lots of suggestions and knowledge about the trip and routes we could take. We couldn’t have imagined a more amazing holiday and we are so thankful to Paula for this. Paula checked in with us in the lead up - ensuring we had all we needed. She also checked in before/during our trip which we really appreciated. We asked for some advice when we were there and she responded straight away. This was a big trip that involved lots of travel to various places and multiple excursions every day, so having Paula manage all of this for us took all the stress away. We booked our first family holiday with Paula giving a very wide brief of “luxury but something for babies too” and wow did she deliver! She sent through a number of options and then took time to discuss each one over the phone in more detail, with great patience for my indecisiveness, open to feedback and honest with her own thoughts. The deal she found us was fantastic value for money, she was constantly on hand for questions and helpfully checking us in and liaising with reps on our behalf so as we could fully enjoy our time.
