Habe den tragbaren Wäschetrockner bestellt. Erstmal kommt der Trockner ohne Konverterstecker, sodass ein Anschluss an EU-Steckdose nicht möglich ist. Auf meine Bitte wurde aus Kulanz ein entsprechender Stecker nachgeliefert. Die Leistung des Trockners ist minimal. Habe daher meine Bestellung widerrufen. Der Widerruf wird nicht anerkannt, da der Käufer mit der Bestellung die AGBs anerkennt und somit kein Widerrufsrecht hat.
Ich habe einen Rechtsanwalt mit der Klärung des Sachverhalts beauftragt!!!!
