This company will scam you. Don't give then your money or business. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE with a fake number where nobody will call you back.

"Terrible Customer Service "

This company does not take customer experience serious. Order a suit for a wedding VIOSSI did not get back to me in time regarding not having my suit size or color available and refused to refund my purchase! They will seriously scam you for your money

"Total scam"

This company is a total scam. Their website will say available but if you try to use it to get suits for groomsmen they will suddenly all be sold out. Not to mention if you actually get a suit and try to return it they just magically lose the tracking info and say they never received it. Then you’re out $300. Use another website.

I normally don’t write bad reviews because I hate negativity, but this company absolutely deserves it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We ordered 5 suites for a wedding party but had to cancel the order because they ran out of material for everyone. No big deal. I tried to cancel mine the next day but they said it had been mailed out already. Ok then when I got my package they emailed me a label to ship it back. I dropped it back off at a fed ex drop off center and they said they never received it back and the tracking number doesn’t pop up on fed ex website. So now they are unable to refund me. I am convinced they gave me a bad label and this is a part of their scam. So now I’m out $330. Customer service number is fake on their website and nobody will call you back. This company is not worth the hassle and I regret ever learning about them.

I had a pleasurable experience dealing with this company. I bought a suit and had to exchange it and the customer service was excellent. I would buy it again.

I ordered a suit, it was too small and they refused to exchange it. Now I'm stocked with a suit that I cannot wear. it's a disgrace!

Wrong size called, sent email. No response. Try to be a little honest it doesn't take much.

"Scam company"

I paid express shipping for a vest and they sent me the wrong one . Iv called them multiples times and they never pick up , and they have also ignored every email regarding it . $120+ wasted on something I never ordered or will ever wear.

"Great Product "

The suit fit very well! Didn't need to tailor it at all. I thought it was going to arrive sooner since I requested rush delivery. But it did arrive in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend...just not to my friends lol I don't need them trying to steal my fits lol
