Subject: Cheating Complaint against Vinfinity Immigration LLP for Abroad Job ( Singapore ).

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to file a complaint against Vinfinity Immigration LLP, located at Vardhman Trade Centre, 3rd floor, DDA Building, Nehru Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110019, for cheating and fraudulent activities related to an abroad job opportunity. The consultancy was represented by Swati Vyas and Vinita Albert.
And, a concerning experience with an executive named Vinita Albert. During our interaction, she shared personal sad stories, which made me uncomfortable. Furthermore, she repeatedly requested financial assistance, which I found unprofessional.
I also suspect that Vinita Albert may be engaging in unethical practices, attempting to deceive clients and demanding additional payments without the knowledge or approval of their management.
I hope you will investigate this matter and take necessary actions to ensure that your clients are treated fairly and with respect."

Details of the Complaint:
1. False Job Promise: On 12/02/2024, I paid an amount of Rs. 30,000 to Vinfinity Immigration LLP for a job opportunity in Singapore. However, despite repeated assurances, I have not received any job offer or refund.
2. Misrepresentation: The consultancy misrepresented the job details, salary, and benefits. They also claimed to have ties with reputable companies abroad, which was later found to be false.
3. No Refund: Despite my repeated requests, the consultancy has refused to refund my money.

Request for Action:
I request that you take immediate action against Vinfinity Immigration LLP and its representatives for cheating and fraudulent activities. I also request that you help me recover my money and take necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future.

"They are the biggest cheaters"

They are the biggest cheaters. If you post real reviews about them on google they will remove your honest reviews. They have opened this consultancy to steal your hard earned money. Their employees who have no immigration background/experience will misguide you and you will put your future at sake. Had the worst experience with them. I did the biggest mistake and there was not way to rectify it until i realized and i had to finally file my application myself.
Don’t trust them. A big NO . Save you future. Save your money. Their counselors,their sales team and the management all are fraud.
