We transact £40 Million of card transactions per year through Pay360, we have no account manager or dedicated point of contact. As of 18/01/2024 Pay360 are PCI non-compliant for E-Commerce. Trying to contact through the Access Group call centre is like descending in to Dante's Inferno.

Absolutely zero support.
The payment page doesn't work at all. If you call them in support, they will say they will create a ticket for you, but they will not create anything.
Payments don't work, company has no support and just charging money for nothing.

"This platform is a joke"
This platform is a joke. You add school clubs to you basket and the go to pay and it crashes and fails. By the time you have reloaded someone else has booked or it says "max one per child" even though you haven't managed to book one for your child.

"Utterly useless"
Utterly useless. Paying for school items is a joke. Every club booking is individual and muddled up! It takes forever as that’s about 5 buttons for every single breakfast club and another 5 for after school, as it insists you give permission and jumps back to the first page after every single booking. There’s 3 pages of clubs in NO sensible order to search through. Try booking a term!!! No option to book the lot or a week in one go. It just needs a table with tick boxes. How hard can that be? As for the APP. I’ve downloaded it and it simply freezes instantly so it’s all online. Come on people. This is supposed to be high tech and progress. Sorry but it’s a joke. Parents forced to use completely idiotic systems to pay for kids clubs and school meals are wasting hours battling this technology. If you’re going to provide a service, make it decent! If not please don’t bother.

"This system is horrendous"
This system is horrendous! If you're a school looking for a pay system avoid this one. It's the talk of the school parents WhatsApp chat. At first I registered and logged in no problem. Then my phone had to go back to factory settings so I lost all my logins. Every other app or site that I use I was easily able to get back in. This system asks for a load of security questions I've never set up or just freezes. It is impossible and I'm not the only one having this issue. It's been over a week now and I can't get in. I'm hoping the school will take cash so my kids don't miss out on Christmas activities that I can't get on to pay for. I also tried emailing them or help at the email they've given someone on a review below but got no reply. So capita please don't comment asking me to email you as yoy don't bother responding. Arbor is a much better system for anyone looking for an alternative.

We had a great Capita Project Manager. Although the resource was stretched our project manager JL always managed to get the work done in a timely manner and at times even checked the work herself. Everyone else who helped with the project also were very focused and professional.

"Excellent service with friendly and helpful people"
Our card payment gateway provider had served notice on us and as such required a rapid change of gateway. After speaking with Pay360, they put us at ease with their explanation of systems and how they would integrate with ours. All throughout our journey Pay360 were extremely helpful, going through numerous meetings to discuss system integrations and everything else. At the time of writing we have just completed migrating our final set of clients and this was all thanks to their non-stop help. I would wholly recommend this company for anyone looking for a card payment gateway provider.
