I needed to get a reference for an injury, and having spoken to the claim department they advised me to contact their doctor and gave me the number. An appointment was made for the doctor to call me that evening at a specified time. The doctor was happy to send a referral and I am now being treated. From me thinking it was going to be a ‘faf’, the whole process was quick, easy and seamless.

I submitted a request for physio treatment for back, shoulder and neck pain. I received a response within half an hour agreeing 5 treatment sessions. I booked an appointment and was seen the next day. Excellent.

I have the Bupa dental cover, I made a claim recently for some dental work I had. It was a very easy process on the app and the funds were credited back into my account within the time frame. I also chose to get updates by text msg. All in all, nice experience

I called BUPA to get an authorisation number for a process that my GP had proposed. It took very little time on the phone to get through to the person respondsible for issuing an authorisation code. He asked me a few questions and sent me a text with the relevant infirmation and authorisation number.

Very easy when you have two or three years in as a customer, so there is no suspicion of preexisting condition. Within 24 hours i had preauthorisation and list of dr i can see. Than physiotherapy after was sorted while on chat with bupa.

Brilliant and I would recommend BUPA every time over the NHS (sadly). I had crippling foot pain last year and I seen an Orthopaedic consultant, had MRI & X-rays and a diagnosis all within two weeks. The consultant offered me a operation date (debridement of my Achilles tendon, shaving of the heel bone and reattachment of the tendon) within the same two week period but it was too soon for me so I had to rearrange. The hospital stay was spot on and all the staff were friendly and not in a rush to get the bed back and my rehabilitation and physio has been excellent.

Super good customer service, the helplines always got a reply and the chat messaging was very helpful too for quick questions on how to go about paying the excess etc.
Really straightforward, once I gave information about my planned procedure they were able to confirm what was covered in my policy and gave me all the relevant details. Everything went smoothly so far!

Really impressed with speedy access to help. I called BUPA first thing, had a call with a physio within 1 hour, and through them managed to book an appointment locally that afternoon. It took a couple of calls to clarify what I was able to get, but it was all really easy to arrange and worked very smoothly. Every person at BUPA I spoke to was really friendly and helpful.

I accessed the app and gained an authorisation very easily. I then wasn't really sure how to proceed next, it was a bit overwhelming searching for a consultant/hospital/specialty and so I found a number to call and Kyle could not have been more helpful, sending me a list in my area. I feel a more step by step guide and what to do next and better search facility would have helped but a friendly guiding voice was available and a comfort.
