"Purpose Discovery Session with Eric DeLeon"

I am in the middle of a career break and actively seeking "what's next". My biggest criteria is to find work that fulfills me. Eric introduced me to The Purpose Factor at the right time! And I can confidently saw that I walked away from our session with absolute clarity on the type of work that really fulfills and energizes me.

Admittedly, I was surprised that "Teacher" was my natural advantage - my acquired skills, pull-passion, and origin strength not so much - but, by the end of my introductory session, it was clear that was actually the right fit!

What was really an "aha" moment for me was a slide he showed with Healthy & Unhealthy States for my Teacher type. The "Unhealthy State" described exactly where I was before my career break and why we were having this conversation at all.

Over the hour, Eric challenged me about where I could apply this today, forcing me to think deeply about what I am doing and why. Through this conversation, I found myself getting more animated about a few projects I was looking into, projects that aligned closely to my Purpose. This is (and was) the sort of clarity I needed as I move forward.

I wasn’t sure what I was going to find out from the purpose factor assessment. I have taken a few other assessments for different things in the past but this one was different. I was amazed with all the information it was able to derive about me. Jeff Knapp was able to walk me through the many pages of information to really show me more about myself and what motivates and energizes me. Jeff was able to guide me through the information and his attention to me and the my reactions to the information gave me a much better understanding about myself.
