"I ordered my skip and the night before…"
I ordered my skip and the night before I ended up reading the reviews which then I started to panic thinking the skip would not turn up. I called the day the skip was due to arrive and a lady confirmed yet it should be with you before mid day. The skip arrived as promised. I booked the slip for 2 weeks and needed to extend for a further week so I called to ask and was advised I will check and send you an email. I received an email the following day to say yes no problem the skip has been extended and no further charges. The skip was collected on the agreed date with no trouble.
Do not listen to the bad reviews I had no issues at all.

I have used multiple times as I thought they are cheaper way to go but have actually cost me with skips not arriving or being picked up until a week after the due date. Also, takes a while to get hold of anyone and get sorted, not good.

Ordered a skip mainly to take an old mattress. Even ticked the box on the online order form. Ordered at the weekend for a skip on the Monday, was called Monday morning to be informed that there were no skips available then but I could have one on Tuesday, nothing was mentioned about the mattress during this call. Skip was collected the following Monday when the mattress was mentioned to the driver and the fact it was on the order. On Friday opened front door to find the mattress dumped in the front garden. No one knocked to say they were returning it. Just a dump and run, called company before 16:30 to find out why, but no one answered. Extremely annoyed as the main reason for the skip hire was to get rid of the mattress. Now going to have to spend even more to get it removed. So not very happy

"Complete waste of time"
Ordered and charged for skip online only to be told the next day that the limit was 14 days for hire not the 6 weeks I had requested. After cancelling I then had to ring round skip companies and found one who would supply me for the period.

"Very stressful experience"
We have found using this company an extremely stressful experience. The staff are polite on the phone, but the service is really inadequate. We have pleaded with them to remove a skip from outside of our now sold property, and they know the urgency of the situation, but it has made no difference, despite it being over 2 weeks since the agreed collection date. Using Findaskip has been the most stressful aspect of our house sale. Avoid if you can.
