Chloe made the whole process simple, right from the start going through details she diligently reviewed and questioned where required. My remortgage wasn’t the most simple but she chased the relevant teams where needed, constantly keeping me updated where the process was without me needing to get involved. She also explained items for both the mortgage and insurances in simple terms and was able to answer all questions I had. Having had several advisors before who I thought had done a good job, Chloe went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and would fully recommend her to anyone and will be using again when required!
