Had to get in touch with express solution to investigate an issue we were having with the drain out of our industrial unit, the team was really quick to react and come out.

It turns out the issue was easy to solve and the team managed to sort it for us there and
then. The ingeneer also explained why it happened and how to avoid running into the same issue in the future, which is always appreciated!

Would 100% recommend, great people to deal with!

In all honesty I would not be able to recommend this company. They were not thorough with the work they carried out and then quoted an extortionate rate for further remedial works. Their prices are also far more expensive than their competitors (one of whom I ended up using for the remedial works). My advice would be to shop around, look at other competitors and their reviews and make an informed decision.

"A company with Empty words! "

They are not reliable at all. They constantly promised me to come for a site visit but never arranged it! They just feed you with empty words!
The Express Drainage Solution's website do promise heaven and earth to the customers but all the calls, WhatsApp and emails that I sent them had been either ignored or fed with empty words and promises! I was patient with them for several weeks then realised that they are not genuine!

"Quick and reasonably priced "

After some very unpleasant experiences with couple of other companies in the same field I rung express solutions .
On Wednesday I had inspection.
Hourly rate so no need to overpay for whole / half a day !
On Thursday I received costs, agreed and on Friday a very competent and nice person arrived, done the job .
Left everything clean and tidy .
Very highly recommended!

"Don’t bother calling, they will not attend"

I was given an appointment for Friday 21 December which was 3 days in advance of the visit. I received no confirmation. On the day of the appointment the company is telling me they are not attending. They are another timewasting dodgy organisation.
