Arrived for part exchange and new car from jenson’s today to be told, my car had low coolant and oil level which according to the mechanic meant my engine was on the verge of exploding and the car would not be worthy enough to part exchange. The mechanic still wanted me to purchase his car but advised me to sell my car to someone that basically didn’t know about car’s and sell privately. My car has been back to my preferred car garage where it’s fully serviced each year to find out my car is in great condition and basically they were testing the waters to see if they could offer less for my car or not part exchange at all. By looking at the other cars for sale, I could see this was not a trustworthy business. Please avoid at all costs.

Cambelt wasn't changed. I was OK with that they gave me 3 months warranty. After I've discovered that the thermostat was faulty also. When I wanted to charge my AC gas, another fault. AC condenser had to be replaced. Stay away from those guys. 3200 pounds for the car and another 1000 to fix it after.

Whilst I am on the whole happy with my vehicle it runs and I’ve had no major issues.
I do feel as if jenson have been sneaky
1) upon getting my car home I noticed that my break lights are not working properly ( refer new bulbs) however , this exact issue was the reason for a recent MOT failure on my care and when retested (jenson) did this before I collected this issue appeared to be fixed as it had passed …. Dodgy MOT?
2) on the passenger side in the foot well in my care a very poor job as been done repairing what appears to be damage to where the light is held - it’s been taped ???
3) my radio screen is does not work properly and I often cannot see the display
I did get my car back in April 2022 , but I’ve not had a chance to raise these issues , the car is mechanically sound and I’ve had zero issues there , but these smaller issues really have let JEnson down and makes me feel as if they cannot be trusted .

SOLD A FAULTY CAR WHICH DEVELOPED PROBLEMS WITHIN 3 WEEKS AND THESE WERE PROBABLY ALREADY THERE!

I bought a car from them and they performed an oil and filter 'change' but actually they put in the same used oil pretending they have changed it.
