"Cowboy builder"

This guy is a cowboy builder. He will overpromise, underdeliver, and try to scam you out of money when halfway through a job. Then he’ll walk off the job and take your money. Avoid Luigi the owner. You’ll be having to go through Trading Standards and legal channels. Use another builder. Beware Luigi will change the company name once he has accumulated enough bad reviews.

Luigi overpromised what he can do. Kept making us to pay everything upfront, took our kitchen equipment and half of the kitchen unit money, took all his tool and send us message that he is not coming back to finish job he's been paid for and that he doesn't case if we will report him to trading standards.

"STAY AWAY FROM LUIGI AND HIS CON ARTIST ‘BUSINESS’"

This is a laughable, horrendous company with no legitimacy and its owner/manager is an absolute horror and spiteful, disgusting little man. I took a chance on Luigi, as he was recommended to me by a friend, and I was in a desperate pinch after being left high and dry by my previous corrupt renovators. Luigi and his team proved to be even more disgusting, disturbing, and dishonest — true con artists. Luigi never finished my works after being paid in full and did the sloppiest job I’ve ever witnessed. He kept hiking up prices and lying about the quality of goods he was purchasing. His workers, all of whom barely spoke a word of English, never finished my floors and simply hid their botched works behind my large electrical appliances. They were lazy and sloppy just as Luigi was in his horrendous habits of drinking copious Red Bulls and chain smoking. His team had zero talent, like him. Remnants of old flooring were wedged in gaps, gaping holes were left unattended, and skirting was missing. I felt financially and emotionally taken advantage of by Luigi and his team — over and over again. I must have called him about 150 times and was consistently ignored, my phone calls hung up on, and countless rescheduling made to dodge any potential conflict. He even had me block off my day about 10 different times, promising that he was sending over someone to finish the works, and then never called me or had the courtesy to say that nobody was showing up. I was literally left high and dry more times than I could count. In the end, I just had to hire some nice quality, and honest people who tried their hardest to fix all of the horrible damage done. I would never recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Please proceed with caution, this business is fraudulent. Luigi and his team are absolutely deplorable and their operational methods are shifty and shady. Luigi is a sociopath who lacks any kind of human decency, morality, compassion, and he perpetuates the most inhumane interactions. Luigi is a lying, 24-year-old, lazy, parasitic person who will take from you until you have nothing left. DO NOT EVEN BEGIN TO THINK TWICE OR CONSIDER THIS COMPANY AS AN OPTION. I lost countless nights of sleep, crying myself into hysterical fits caused by Luigi’s cruelty and disregard. His ‘business’ and his ‘workers’ are all bottom of the barrel, anti-artisans who don’t care about quality, or even know how to execute anything remotely close to it. They are ALL bad people. BEWARE. You have been warned.

"Luigi over-promises and under-delivers"

Luigi over-promises, under-delivers, does not take responsibility and always has excuses for why things are not his fault. I always paid Luigi on time, in full, even ahead of the agreed schedule. He made over £40k on mine and my neighbours job. I have started the process to sue Luigi for my electrical costs.

- Luigi agreed to do my electrics and charged £600. ALL the electrics Luigi touched were left unsafe and I had to pay £1,600 for a qualified electrician to make safe. Electrician said the kitchen was a fire waiting to happen as the wrong cable was used for the appliances. I told Luigi and he sent me two laughing emojis, “yeah fire waiting to happen”. No electrics were properly earthed, again he took no responsibility.

- Luigi did not follow Wren’s kitchen plan and fitted my kitchen incorrectly, despite me advising him a number of times about a 10cm adjustment. He fitted a tall cupboard with wonky shelves, saying my wall was not straight. The extractor was incorrectly fitted and was not directly above the hob.

- Luigi stopped working on my flat a number of weeks in order to work on a job from my neighbour upstairs. Initially it was to fix the bathroom leak coming into my flat, but then he took on additional work because that job was more lucrative.

- No testing of appliances installed. Washing machine and dishwasher waste pipes not unsealed.

- Receipts had items that were not for my job, so makes me think I paid more for materials than needed

- Luigi promised reimbursement for electrical costs in March, still nothing
