"Worse purchase ever"
Purchased the M1 automatic cat litter box in October 2024. It operated correctly for 2 weeks before it began to have issues.
It began to empty the litter into the waste bin soon after being filled. It then would alert that the waste bin was full. I tried every recommendation, changed the type of litter using cheap, mid-range and the most expensive. I thoroughly cleaned the unit and nothing corrected the issue.
It then would not connect to wifi, it had issues connecting from day 1 however I did not consider that a serious flaw.
I contacted Customer Service after attempting to address the issues. Customer Service advised that I try what I had already had done several times and then requested I send the names of the litter I had used and a video of the malfunctioning unit. I responded that neither was possible as I do not sit and watch the unit and no longer had the containers from the litter.
When the unit failed to make the connection to wifi,, there is a button that needs to light I was able to send a video of that and they finally determined that the unit was malfunctioning.
The entire process took over two months of emails to their Customer Service department with many assurances that they would resolve the issue. They finally sent a replacement unit. However, I would have preferred a refund as I have lost all respect for this company and would never purchase another product from them. I had told them in an email that I paid a premium price and received a product that the Dollar Store would be ashamed to sell. Their Customer Service is also rock bottom, I would not recommend anything from this company.

Neakasa M1, I have 18 cats. Three months ago I bought a Neakasa M1, it works 100% as described by Neakasa, so now I bought three more, I had a little problem with payment, but it was my bank that had blocked for foreign transfer. I had a few questions for Neakasa customer service, I got a clear answer within 24 hours so I only have positive experiences with Neakasa. Just a recommendation for those who are interested in Neakasa M1. Do not buy via FaceBook or other websites, there are a lot of scam sellers of copy products. Buy directly at Neakasa.com. They sell in US and EU. I have bought four times and I´am very satisfied.

This company has either been hacked or is just so terribly bad at customer service that it's painful. Their website does not work with Black Friday prices. When you message support, they send you an Amazon link with a much higher price. They seem to have a technical issue but do not provide a proper solution like personalised payment link etc.
The support team seem to disregard the issues and scarily enough asked for a screenshot of my credit card payment to "resolve the issue".
As mentioned, either a scam or terrible terrible customer service. A shame because if the product is good, its a big loss. but they need to DO BETTER.
I don't usually go on a rampage as we are all humans, but this is just so shady and bad that I want others to save hassle and time. Wait for another company to have a good deal, because this seems like trouble....

It's taken some time to get things right. I followed instructions for filling and put too much litter it. The machine dumped almost an entire box of litter. The cats just started using it, but are quite wary of it. Hoping things get better.

This is an amazing cat litter box. It works flawlessly and has zero oder. I have two cats and it goes about 7 days between emptying waste compartment. Very quiet and the cats love it. I highly recommend it.

"My Neabot stopped working"
My Neabot stopped working the other day, it will not power on. I tried resetting, even disconnected the battery for 5-minutes and no luck.
Customer support is worthless!!! They want a picture or video of the product not turning on!? How stupid is this. I also provided the serial number, but they want a picture of it!? Stupidity at it best. They also want the registration email, I DO NOT HAVE IT! I clean up my emails and it got deleted.
They lost me as a customer and I hope you stay away from this ridiculous company.

"TERRRRRRIBLE customer service"
TERRRRRRIBLE customer service. I purchased a product over a week ago and haven't heard a peep about it shipping or when it will ship. Nothing. Calling them is futile. No one is there. Bot on the website is like talking to a toddler. Fancy company, no one home.
