"Terrible service"

Terrible service. Lie about guarantee. Nothing but problems with initial fitting. Didn't even measure up correctly and charged us extra as the blinds needed to be altered which was their fault. They apologised for measuring incorrectly stating it was a new boy to the job and couldn't measure bay windows correctly. Extortionate price for what they were. Would never order blinds from this place again.

I’ve used Trade Price Blinds several times. I had new vertical blinds and roller blinds for one of my rentals. The service was professional from start to finish. The blinds were excellent value. The fitters were professional and friendly. The we’re on time, quick and tidied up after themselves, which seems to be rare these days.
More recently, I’ve had verticals for my own kitchen and also three Velux window blinds fitted. Again, the service was prompt and professional.
I’m looking forward to having bathroom blinds in the near future. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Would highly recommend trade price blinds. I’ve used these on two separate occasions… 1st was a full house of vertical blinds and 2nd was changing to Venetian blinds . The service and staff was fantastic from start to finish . Definitely use them again

Fantastic service from a very professional company. We ordered Venetian blinds for the front of the house and once the fitters came to measure, we had all blinds fitted within a couple of weeks.
