I have to say the experience was overall good: efficient, but, importantly for people who are going to be spending a lot of money on conveyancing, also very friendly. Melanie was personable and helpful and dealt with the church (which is not easy) very well - we would use Red Kite again because they are the best value for money/ expertise/ professionalism in the Carmarthenshire area
