I was worried i would struggle to get my deposit back but the owners were Extremely nice, polite and willing to give the deposit back. "6 stars for customer service"

I would give this company 6 stars if that were an option.
Having been badly let down with an order for 2 stone benches from another company (originally due 29th June, then end July), I contacted Pisastone who could not have been more helpful. I ordered 2 stone benches from them on a Tuesday and they arrived on Friday of the same week and are beautiful. The delivery company were also quite brilliant and positioned them as close as possible to their final resting place.
So thank you Pisastone and Irfan in particular who was so helpful on the chat line and came up trumps with the speedy delivery.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough for superb customer service and will be ordering a bespoke table to match the benches.
