"When starting on a hole other than No.1…"

When starting on a hole other than No.1 and after finishing hole #18, It is not possible to get needed distance information depicted on the screen that is normally available for the remaining holes in the round following #18. To get that information during play of holes after #18, one must restart the SkyCaddie device after entering #18 information ***Then one has two partial 18 hole rounds on SkyGolf where one must manually enter shot locations, club used, and distances from one of the partial rounds into the other round to end up with 'one' complete 18-hole' shotgun tournament round. This takes considerable time -- and shouldn't be necessary. This is a software programming issue.

The website is difficult and the renewal process was complicated. We were renewing our newer sky caddy but not the older model. We got multiple reminders and notices (4 just today.)
It is our hope the one if renewed and the older model is not (you mentioned automatic renewal but we definitely requested that only the one be renewed.)

After over 20 years of working for and promoting SkyCaddie products your customer support team refused to grant my request to continue my membership on the Family Plan to allow my use of both my SX400 and SX500 on the same membership. It was time to renew membership on my skycaddie SX500. I logged in to app and startedva chat with an agent, it was an easy, straight forward process connected wirelessly to my wireless NW, and updates loaded in minutes. I am ready to go ,,, as soon as the weather breaks
