ottimi prezzi e spedizione veloce e sicura. l'assistenza clienti tempestiva e funzionale. unica pecca, capisco la necessità di imballare bene onde evitare rotture delle bottiglie, ma avendo ricevuto una bottiglietta di plastica (malibu di 0,5 cl), ho ritenuto poco ecologica la tanta plastica in cui era incartata.

I decided to place the order on Dec 27th as on their website the estimated delivery time given was Dec 31st, which was plausible considering I am only 30 km away. When I contacted the customer service via whatsapp on Dec 31st to enquire about the delivery of my order I was treated with disrespect and they pointed out that my delivery date would have been Jan 6th, as reported on the orders confirmation email (I did not noticed it in the first place otherwise I would have cancelled my order). I also offered to pick up the order myself but I was denied to do so and also to process a return, even though I am entitled too due to consumer laws, as also stated on their website. Finally, I was asked to never place any other order. In the end the order was delivered on Jan 2nd, picked up by the concierge as if I was home I would have not picked it up. I do not know how their logistics operates; Amazon is capable of delivering next day. I was not expecting a next day delivery but to be treated with manners and together find a solution since I offered to pick up my order, as all customer services I dealt with - so far - strive to do. It was not necessary to advise me not to shop on their website as I will never happen again. Happy New Year 🥂

I have been contacted back from another customer service representative who apologised for what happened and offered me a discount on my next order. I understand it was a stressful time of the year for the business and they ensured me that this will not happen again in the future.
