They rang today and offered to return postage if i take the reviews down. They told me its the wrong address on there returns card so i dont know why this hasnt been corrected. They also told me they responded to all my emails which they haven't and going off a review on there Facebook page they tell that lie often. I dont want the postage back now id rather leave the review.

I wish I had checked the reviews before I had ordered so hopefully this review will help others. I ordered some hair and it took literally months to come, very poor communication didn't seem bothered that I had been waiting months for this hair (ordered in April didn't arrive until July!) She said because I've had to wait so long she would include some free gifts in package as token of goodwill. Hair arrived finally, no free gifts but I thought never-mind at least my hair is finally here. To my disappointment the hair quality was absolutely crap, it was pure frazzled on the ends, it was immediately matting, it was dry, it was very bad quality hair. I have been wearing hair extensions for years, over a decade, I know good quality hair from bad, and this was bad. I paid over £350 for this hair, this was not good enough for the price I paid. I politely emailed this lady and she couldn't care less, all sales are final jog on basically. I was absolutely unstounded at the distinct lack of customer service but I thought thankgod I paid with PayPal. Went to PayPal and they said they can't get my money back because the lady states on her website its a custom order and custom orders are not covered by PayPal buyer protection. I feel like this was similar to when you order from China, it takes months and months to get here and when it arrives the quality is crap, this is what it felt like, not like the usual experience of ordering hair extensions, the whole experience felt cheap, I had to keep sending over an email asking if there was any update on my order because she never went out of her way to keep me updated, she would just message back they were held up in customs, which was concerning but I kept on patiently waiting although worried about how this was going to pan out. The day my order was dispatched she was on Instagram showing all the orders she had done up from her latest delivery, it looked like it wasn't just me who had been waiting months for my order, there were lots of packages there waiting to go out. Since then she has been on Instagram posting pictures of her IN STOCK curly wefts, which she was saying is only ever a custom order but is on Instagram steady advertising them for sale. If she had an ounce of decency she would of taken the hair back and at the very least did an exchange, the hair was still in its packaging, she could of sold it on (to another poor unsuspecting victim) and at least retained a customer, but no she had to be a completely horrible about it all, she was dimisssive and basically said people who complain about the hair are looking for free hair extensions. If you have any sense ladies AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, I feel there are much better hair extension suppliers out there with better quality hair that aren't extortionate prices who will provide you with decent customer service, this lady is lacking in all of these areas and was quite frankly astounding that she expected me to wait months for an order and for it to turn up and be sub par and then be shocked when I finally complained. Terrible experience would NOT recommend.

Terrible company to deal with. Apparently the rest of their poor reviews are fakes… I can assure you this isn’t one of them. I am a genuine customer and can provide order details.
The hair never turned up. They said it had been signed for and to ask neighbours. When I tracked it, the info said it was still with Royal Mail. This was two weeks later so decided to call RM myself, they confirmed it was lost.
Archie Loyd have said they need to set up an investigation and won’t refund me as the hair is still in transit. This is an Archie Loyd problem, not mine so why I have to wait for the refund is disgusting and not one bit professional, that is not the way to do things but they seem to think they can do as they like.
Avoid avoid avoid.
Contacted my bank so I will get the refund and they will be charged extra for me having to go this route. Absolute joke of a company.

"I ordered my hair on the 11th February…"
I ordered my hair on the 11th February for my wedding in May. I have sent 6 emails asking for a delivery date , I have had 2 emails promising delivery. But no confirmed date I paid for 150g supreme curly extensions . It’s now the 13th April and I still have not received my hair. I’m a month away from my wedding , I have had to put my hair trail back already . I have asked for a full refund as I can not wait any longer, and they have completely ignored my request for a refund .
I have now got to look for some new hair and I’m completely out of pocket with no hair and no refund. Would not recommend at all. Customer service is terrible as they just ignore you. I’m having to take this further to get a refund

"Disappointed in the quality of the hair "
I have been using this company since it was under sjk hair and the hair was by far the best hair I continued to use this company and recommended it to several people. Hair lasted beyond a year, stayed in good condition despite using fudge purple shampoo every 4 weeks i absolutely loved the hair . Purchased a 1001 20 inch superior 200g Russian weft . Had it in for 4 weeks using the purple shampoo only twice on the hair and the hair was shedding , matting and snapping it is now half the thickness and looks scraggly. Contacted them and they have blamed aftercare, I have used the same products same fitting technician I have used on many of my previous weaves that I have had with them. They have clearly changed supplier. I am a qualified hairdresser, I know how to maintain hair and take good care of my hair as previous hair has lasted a very long time. Very disappointed and will not be buying again or recommending the company further.

Love love love this brand. Customer service is next to none. The girls always go above and beyond to help. Definitely the best quality of hair I’ve used too. Would definitely recommend
