The website was intuitive and the item I wanted was easy to find. Payment was straight forward. No faffing about.
The only thing that let the whole experience down was "Parcelforce".

The company itself was fantastic. The products arrived within 24 hours and exactly as described. My one issue is with the courier who just chucked the parcel over a small gate without any attempt to contact me - leaving it out in full view less than a couple of meters from a busy street. While I recognise this is not the fault of Jackson Sports I would suggest, at the very least, you have a quiet word in the ear of the company responsible for deliveries
