The order got lost I had communication or tracking number. I had to take 2 days off work and go to a sorting office miles away from my house on 2 different occasions. An item from my order was missing and no one is reply to my emails. The brilliant in shop experience is definitely not in place online. The aggravation, strees, money this has caused me I will never place an order again. Which is areal shame as I was regular in the shop when home and always got family Christmas presents in the shop
