Jackson Sports always provides a reasonable price for Meindl shoes and always has my size available - this is why I use Jackson Sports. This purchase included 2 pairs of Meindl hiking shoes - 1 x Portland, 1 x Respond. Jackson Sports are always prompt in their overseas delivery via DHL and their overseas Delivery instructions are always accurate. Unfortunately, this time Jackson Sports issued the wrong Meindl "Respond" colour but what impressed me was their quick response and willingness to correct the situation. I made contact via email as per their online overseas Refund/Return policy guidelines and the correct shoes were issued immediately, along with them arranging a return of the incorrect shoes via DHL. As a long time user of Meindl hiking shoes, I know what I want to wear and Jackson Sports always delivers. The Meindl hiking shoes are comfortable, durable and fit perfectly. I ordered a Páramo waterproof from Jackson Sports on Sunday 22nd January and it arrived on Tuesday 24th. I needed it delivered to Spain cos of really wet weather on the Camino. Super easy, paid in sterling, no extra payments for customs.
