Being able to measure my foot against the wall and buy and receive the correct size sandle the same week was amazing. I absolutely love my turquoise walking sandals, yummy just my colour. I over walked in lockdown and got a year and a half of planta fasciitis PF which I am just getting over so the removable foot bed to put my supports in is perfect, the only make that I have found. I plan to take these to Bali soon and hope they will work for me when I scramble over rocks to get to swim in waterfalls this is their full test. Magic.

I just bought a Rab Neutrino Pro Down Jacket. I had an issue with sizing (my mistake) that I realized soon after ordering. I emailed them and explained the situation and I recieved an email back within 24 hrs. and they fixed my problem without a question. They were quick in getting the order to Royal Mail, but a week later I still hadn't received tracking info, so I emailed Jackson Sports again. Again, they emailed me back within 24 hrs. to explain that the strike action and black friday were probably the culprits, and after another 3 days or so tracking info was provided. When I received the item, it was indeed the correct size. Strong work! Honestly, I try my best to not order internationally, but if I do this is a company I would Trust
