Fantastic shopping experience! I had been looking for a specific style & color of Scarpa hiking shoes which I couldn’t find in the USA. I finally found a pair at Jackson’s but was initially reluctant to order from overseas expecting high shipping costs and delays. Ordered the shoes on a Monday, using Jackson’s very reasonably-priced DHL shipping to the US. The shoes arrived 3 days later on Thursday! Great customer service! Jackson’s quickly handled my request to change shipping to DHL AFTER I placed my original order. Appreciated the accommodation greatly! And yes, the shoes are great! Thank you!
