This is the best company around for buying pots, great prices, pots were despatched rapidly and delivery by Royal Mail was excellent. Can't rate Oakland highly enough. So would recommend buying from them with confidence.

I ordered some plant pots from this company. Royal Mail completely lost the delivery.

Oakland refunded the cost of the pots. They were a bit difficult to contact initially but resolved the problems.

They need to review use of Royal Mail which doesn't always work

"Great quality seed trays"

Ordered 20 large seed trays without holes. Excellent quality and came well packed with not a staple in sight, which seems to be the norm with cheaper trays bought online.
The only drawback was when I opened the trays and left them on the floor whilst I put the packaging in the bin, I returned to find one of my cats had squeezed themselves into the trays and settled for a nap. Only a cat lover would understand I could not disturb her. 3 hours later I used the first 4 as intended.

"Excellent, Competitive, Super-fast Despatch"

I've used this company for garden hardware (pots, sticks, fleece etc...) for some years. Their prices are super-competitive, their despatch ditto - you end up with a good product at the best price, especially considering the very quick despatch/delivery.
The only drawback to note is that they are not super online savvy, inasmuch as neither their website nor search engine is great, and I often find products not on their site available through them on ebay, so I go that route. Prices are just the same. I'm not sure that communications would be great if needed, but I'm sure that if there were any problems, they would be honestly resolved. Recommended.
