After doing my research as to what tonneau cover would serve my needs, the Xtang 2.0 was on top. With my decision made, it was time to shop price. Let's say Diesel Ops delivered! I was pleasantly surprised when I phoned to see if the Xtang 2.0 was in stock and I was offered a better price. The shipping was a bit delayed but that's it. Installation went well and so far, I am satisfied,....

I ordered a Gibson Catback Exhaust System, according to the Diesel Ops sheet should have fit my truck however when the parts arrived I received the wrong system it was for a long bed crew cab truck my truck was a crew cab short bed. I contacted the manufacturer and was told they could not help me. I contacted Diesel Ops and was told it was an EBay issue. I contacted EBay and was told it was a Diesel Ops issue. I contacted Diesel Ops they told me they would look into my problem and did not hear anything for over a week. I then called up Diesel Ops and explained my problem again. I also informed them that I could make the rest of the system work if I cold get the pipes to connect it to the catalytic converters. I was told I could pay an additional 100.00 to get the correct parts or pay shipping to send the whole system back and that I would have to pay a restocking fee. It made no sense to pay the 100. to send it back and pay additional restocking fees as well as wait a few more weeks to get refund credit. So with very little choice I had to pay to order additional parts and was told that Diesel Ops could not do anything with the incompatible parts nor can I for that matter. I then contacted EBay again they told me that Diesel Ops would allow me to return the Catback Exhaust System after I had already paid the additional money to get the compatable parts. At that point I was ready to just send it back but never received a return shipping label from Diesel Ops.
