"damaged item, never received response"

We have sent 2 reach out emails to Diesel Ops and haven't heard back regarding our item that showed up damaged.

Good product. When starting before it would turn over 4 times by pushing key to start position. Now I have to keep hold key for entire start sequence, that interrupts any item plugged into 12v outlets that should stay on, I have to reboot my GPS every time I start it. Could use some better directions with programmer. Also my buddy ordered exact same kit and his came with sensor taps. I had to tape my sensors and zip tie them up. No taps in new pipe. All in all good product.
